Serving suggestions

Peter's speciality is one large mud crab, cleaned and cut into about 6 to 8 pieces. Put the crab into a large pot on the heat and cover with lid, cook for approx 8 minutes stirring several times. Pour crab and sauce on to a platter and enjoy.

Ideal for green prawns or scampi cook in pan till just about ready pour in sauce to heat and serve. Also great with muscles or pippies.

Try marinating chicken kebabs in Flying Fish Ginger Chillie Shallot Sauce and then BBQ. Add zest to a pasta marinara or heat and simply use as a dipping sauce.
