Serving suggestions

Ideal to be basted over any roast meat after cooking (perfect with lamb and beef). Also works well over chicken, lamb and beef kebabs.

Impress your guest with this recipe: take some tuna fillets or steaks and cover one side with Flying Fish Chillie Salt. Place into a hot pan and cook for a couple of minutes, flip over and finish off in the oven to your liking. Drizzle over Flying Fish Black Pepper Caramel and serve a fresh garden salad topped with Flying Fish Salad Dressing.

Can also be used warm as a dipping sauce.
